The Form!
Username: This is the unique ID that identifies you when you try to log in.
Password: You need the password to log in.
Password (rpt): Same as above - prevents mistyping your password.

Surname: This will not be divulged to other users, but we need to know who you are.
Forename(s): This will not be divulged to other users, but we need to know who you are.
'Tag' Name: This name will be presented to other users if you post messages. Nothing rude please!
